Our new valve actuator is quiet, strong, and long-lasting.
Our Valve Actuator transformed the heating sector about a decade ago. Before then, many heating manufacturers saw ideas like individual room control as specialized and were skeptical of them. In smart buildings today, this is precisely the norm.
We have entirely redesigned our valve actuator based on our extensive experience with intelligent HVAC control and adapting to changing needs. Three main considerations guided the development of the new valve actuator: silent operation, power, and longevity.
Over half a million operations: Dependable for several building lifetimes
Assume a building has a valve actuator that operates ten times a day to provide heating for 300 days a year. That’s 75,000 surgeries over 25 years, or 3,000 operations a year. However, we continued to build our novel valve actuator. Over 500,000 operations may be handled with ease because to its engineering, which guarantees outstanding dependability for several building lifetimes.
Concentrated force of up to 150 newtons: greater strength, more opportunities
Even larger valves can occasionally require a lot of power to work reliably, especially in commercial buildings. With 150 newtons when powered by a constant power source and 100 newtons when powered by a battery, our new valve actuator easily satisfies these requirements thanks to its creative design. With a push force of 70 newtons, the new valve actuator is consequently more than twice as powerful as its predecessor.
Comfortable living areas that are quiet
Even though our new valve actuator has a lot of power, it runs quite quietly. Advanced motor control technology has made the working noises so low that they are hardly perceptible; they are even quieter than a radiator’s flow noise. Because of this, the Valve Actuator is a great option for homes where comfort and tranquility are paramount.
An improvement to the intelligent heating control system
We are pleased to introduce the new Valve Actuator, a device that has been enhanced on every level. The benefits in brief:

- Additional power: 100 Newton (battery) or 150 Newton (permanent power source) push force

- Minimal standby consumption: €800 less than that of thermal actuators*

- Temperature measurement integrated into the valve actuator air
Compared to a traditional thermal actuator, which needs 3 watts in standby mode, our novel valve actuator uses only 0.05 watts. This leads to a 30W energy decrease in standby mode with 20 actuators. This will save about RM 3,200 over a 20-year period, assuming 240 heating days per year, 12 hours of daily running time, and an electricity tariff of RM 0.30 per kWh. In addition to lowering energy expenses, this decreased power usage eventually helps create a more sustainable energy footprint.

The backlighting may be adjusted according to the kind of room and the amount of natural daylight with the new “Touch Pure Flex Controller” Function Block, guaranteeing ideal brightness day or night.
An optional “Light by Touch” capability is available for those who are especially sensitive to light at night. The illumination is turned on with the first click, and the desired action is activated with the second. We have established set criteria for bedrooms, living areas, and hallways for everyone else.
Similar to generation 1, we have taken steps to minimize standby consumption. Additionally, we have improved the temperature measurement’s precision. Speaking of predecessors, the new Touch Pure Flex is compatible with old frames because it has the same design.
