The new 1,500 square foot Experience Center is designed to give prospective clients an experience that wows and ignites their imagination. It allows them to see, to touch, to experience firsthand the endless possibilities for their home or business. To accomplish this, we set up the space to feel like a home while filling the space with technologies most people have not seen before. We will change and update automated technology to keep clients and prospective clients coming back to update their automated technology.

Grapes Smart Tech also deployed motorized blinds and awning for smart control through our app. These awnings are fixed with rain sensors for automatic activation when it rains. Lastly, we integrated smart TVs to our server to provide a unified app that controls everything. Beside the App we enabled Alexa skills so homeowners can control from app and voice as well.

Smart Home Solution for Beth's House

Client Requirements

Beth’s husband is a real home automation fan. So he came up with the idea to fully automate their new home while renovating it. “She remembered, when they were in the renovation process. Her husband told her about his idea of automating the condo. And Beht just was like ‘What do you mean we don’t need a key? Or a light switch?’”. “To be honest I was sceptical at the moment. I’m not, not, into tech. But now I absolutely love it. I love the comfort, safety, personalization, everything.” The Indy Condo of Beth and her husband is just beautiful! Lights, audio, video, HVAC, blinds, alarm, locks… are fully automated by Loxone. Beth’s husband is really into home automation, but the technical part was realized by our Loxone Partner, Intelligent Living Solutions.

The Cooking Mode is smooth lighting. Perfect when working with ingredients, cookbooks etc.
The dimmed lights at the Entertaining Mode makes the room much more comfortable when relaxing after a hard day’s work. And her absolute favorite: The Room Mode in pink! And can I just can say: ‘Wooooow’. The guests at their 4th of July party were really impressed. Their kitchen and living room were lit in Red, White and Blue!

Indoor and Outdoor Lighting

Client Requirements

An outdoor and indoor with new garden lighting was planned for the existing Grapes house. Here, of course, the integration of the lighting was the top priority. In addition, the customer wanted the light in the garden and on the ground floor. In addition, a hidden condition (button) should be implemented in the wood.

Solution by Grapes Smart Tech

The garden lighting was realized via RGBW 24V Compact Dimmer Air in connection with the Paulmann Plug & Shine lighting. The operation in the wood was realized via the Touch Surface Air button.

Smart Lighting System

Our client was looking for a smart solution for home lighting. However, he was concerned whether his existing property of a few years can be converted into smart home. Both husband and wife are working so they wanted smart features to control lights, fans and aircons from even when if they are away from home.

The Grapes team integrated lighting, cooling and gate operation with our Smart Home server to provide a simplified control using a mobile app. A smart switch configuration provided flexibility in lighting control suited to the needs and lifestyle preferences of the owner, whereas our Smart Home Server ensured interoperability with all smart devices and caters to an evolving ecosystem that can suit the future needs of this property. The Grapes team fulfilled the project requirements within the given budget.

Home Automation for 5,500 Sq Ft 2-storey landed house

Client Requirements

Owner required a Google Voice enabled home automation for his newly built house in Klang. Requirements included automation for pool, garden watering, lighting, cooling, multiroom and central audio system, security system with smart doorbell and door lock, and home networking. All systems required to be controlled from a single UI.

Grapes Smart Tech implemented automated lighting by installing smart switches and motion sensors that automatically turn on lights when a presence is detected. Air conditioners are being controlled from our App. A smart doorbell with live video and audio, as well as an intercom, which can be used online through the same App on the smartphone. With this, our team has managed to automate the front gates. Owners now have more control and can either allow delivery guys to come in or ask them to come later.

Besides the 3-layer security consisting of smart cameras, motion sensors, window sensors, and smart door locks; Grapes has implemented home networking with multiple SSIDs for homeowners, guest and IoT network. User interface is provided through our smart phone App as well as the Google Voice Assistant.

Client Requirements

Homeowners wanted a full smart home solution with automated lights, cooling, alarm, doorbell, automated gate, blinds & awnings. Particularly, they sought a solution with a single app control in which they could integrate existing smart TVs with smart home system and also control all devices through a voice assistant.

Being specialists in providing a single unified app control for the entire home, we did automated lighting by installing smart switches & motion sensors that operate based on presence detect and programmed scheduling. Our App controls individual air conditioning units, smart doorbell to report on front door activities and enable video chat via app with visitors. Along with doorbell our team automated the front gates, so homeowners can control it regardless of where they may be and still receive parcel delivery. Furthermore seamlessly integration of existing alarm system with our system was done.

The owner wanted to ensure that the implemented solution compliments the quality and design of his property. Particularly, to preserve the luxury interior décor of his house elegant and classy interfaces that matched with the décor were requested.

Grapes Smart Tech has implemented automation that complements the homeowner’s lifestyle. We ensured that all controls were simple and intuitive for them and their guests. The homeowners will never miss a visitor thanks to the smart doorbell and are alerted to someone coming to the front door via the app. Wherever they may be, they can see the visitor and have a conversation before opening the front door. Smart CCTV network secures the whole house by providing 24/7 surveillance.

Smart switches allow brightening up or dimming a room according to the ambient light, auto-detects and lights up when anyone walks in the room. The multi-zone cooling system controls the aircon of each room individually from the App. Finally, all devices integrate with our smart home server to provide the customer a simplified app user interface.
